1 - CHG clients investing in a finished villa or apartment will have a 1 year warranty for visible and non visible defects.

2 - Construction quality guaranteed by the Certificate UNE EN ISO 9001.

3 - CHG clients have the possibility to choose a special exclusive plan: If at some point your needs or desires change, you can change your current property to a bigger one, and pay only the price difference.

4 - CHG clients will benefit from a custom after-sales service on the following:

• House maintenance.
• Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
• Water and electricity bills processing.
• Management of the general mail of the Group of Companies CHG.
• Translation and Interpreting services (for foreign clients)
• Management of client needs such as vehicles rental, Green Fees and Spa reservations… with companies of the CHG group.
• Transfer service from the airports of Alicante and/or Valencia to Oliva Nova Golf and vice versa.
• Processing of telephone line request.
• Processing of the authorisations for the respective public service providers.

5 - CHG clients can benefit from the service of rental of their residence, if they like.

6 - The prices of all CHG villas and apartments include deeds and Property Register expenses, as well as water and electricity service hiring expenses.
